The hotel was clean and tidy. Proximity to metro. The staff was co operative and nice.

The breakfast menu was repetitive daily and no variety. It always looked the same and cold. The beds should be comfortable and not spring ones.

The room is very spacious, booked 3 hours before arriving. The room was ready, clean and AC ON. Check-in was smooth and easy, front desk staff spoke english.

Location is not on main street, we struggled to find a restaurant. Coffee was not provided.

The rooms were clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff are helpful, and 5min walk to metro station that gets you anywhere in the city centre

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan — it’s a great choice for a relaxing and safe stay!

The staff was friendly and gave us a great room! The hotel was very clean. The room itself had toothbrushes and paste along with slippers for each one of us. That was a great surprise. The location is great. We were able to use the Metro to get to the center of Yerevan. There was free parking outside of the hotel which was very convenient. The shower had great water pressure and hot hot water. We had the breakfast buffet also. The breakfast more than met our expectations!

Perfect place! I stay here every time I need to short-stay in Yerevan. Clean, quiet and cozy. They always accommodate you, you can arrange an early check-in. Last time they even served us breakfast early because we were leaving early in the morning. An ideal place to rest between flights! Thank you!

Nice and new hotel in a bit of the remote area of Yerevan, but easy accessible by metro and taxi. The staff was nice, rooms were clean, in general I had a good impression about the property.

There was no breakfast in the hotel, and in the area around the hotel it's also hard to find c decent breakfast, so in the morning you have to go to the city centre.

Horribly uncomfortable high pillows. Breakfasts for an additional fee. I've ordered breakfasts for all days when arrived. Next morning it was a suprise for kitchen workers to see me expecting breakfast - nothing was ready and staff began to argue among themselves who was to blame. I've left as had no time and interest to participate in it. And nobody contacted me to apologize or offer compensation - it seems that this is a normal situation for them

The hotel is very modern and well equipped and stuff is very welcoming! Very comfortable work zone in the restaurant and allows you to save some money with coworking rent

Lovely place and the staff is quite friendly. They even found me a private driver to visit the mountains nearby, it took them seconds to get me smbd who was available the same day.
